I've had plantar fasciitis for about seven years now, and so i'll try anything. I was recommended this product by a useless physiotherapist. it was the most useful thing he did. like most (if not all) products on the market to help PF it is certainly not a cure. but it does help considerably with the pain. I keep mine next to the bed and when i get those night pains i just sit up and roll. it clears the pain completely in about thirty seconds. the pain often returns in about 30mins but that's enough time to fall asleep in if you're tired. its the first thing I've tried that can achieve even a 30min gap in pains when they set in.
I would generally recommend it. I have seen others complain its too small, but i haven't found this, and its size makes it quite portable. I also find now i remember it that the kind of other aching pain i get after stretching (yeah i'm still religiously doing the absolutely useless stretching exercises they give you after seven years of zero effect) is almost completely gone with this thing.
way better than a bottle or can in terms of the little spikes get right into the foot where the other things don't, and people don't keep throwing it away like they do to bottles and cans etc.
It wont cure you, its not life changing, but it is pretty damn good.
