Doesn't work and took over a month to arrive, 17 Jan 2013
I ordered this on the 9th of December, it just arrived yesterday, on the 16th of January. I fully accepted that it wouldn't arrive for Christmas (though this was something it only told me after the order was placed), but for anything to take over a month is completely ridiculous. Still, at least it arrived, right? Nope, it doesn't work. At all. The light comes on on the card, and I can get the torch light to shine on the receiver when I press and hold its button, but otherwise absolutely nothing happens. It's also INCREDIBLY cheaply built. Unsurprising, for the price, but the you literally have to hold it together when you're trying to use it.

Love it, 9 Nov 2012
These shirts are a very tight fit, you need to be very slim to wear them, but they look great (if perhaps a touch over the top). Nicely made, nice materials, no complaints at all. (I own the dark grey one.)

Poor, not even close to the first trilogy, 9 Nov 2012
I hadn't been following this at all when I went to see it, so I didn't really know what to expect. Having been a big fan of the original 3 movies, I had pretty high expectation for this one. Boy, what a let down. For starters, it's far too long. I'd say at least a third of the movie (if not more) is spent reminding you over and over (and over) that this is a Bourne movie - that it's taking place in the same universe (and at the same time) as the previous film. Never mind that this information is totally irrelevant to the plot. It's a bore to watch, and drastically increases the running time of the movie. You then have the problem where, even after you've taken out all that crap, the rest of the movie is still quite poor. The only part that even comes close to the originals is the brief fight in the Doctor's semi-abandoned country home. This whole sequence lasts maybe 15 minutes, and it's great, but it also highlights how boring/stupid the rest of the film is. The ending bike chase - with a new ultra-badass (we're told) enemy, who appears out of nowhere, with no prior mention - seems to last forever. It's both far too long and incredibly over the top, not fitting the tone of the rest of the film. And then it just sort of ends, without any resolution at all.

One of the best sets Lego make, 29 Oct 2012
= Durability:4.0 out of 5 stars = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars = Educational:4.0 out of 5 stars
I've been making Lego since I was a baby; the first model I actually remember building was when I was about 5, and I know I was making them before that. I've made a hell of a lot of Lego in the 20+ years since then, but this is quite possibly the best set I've ever had the pleasure of building. It's about a foot long, quite heavy, very solidly built, VERY nicely designed. I'm not sure what the other reviewer's problem was exactly, but I've found this to be beautifully detailed and designed. All the interior details especially are almost unprecedented for one of these models. I was torn between this and the new Sopwith Camel model, but I'm happy that I chose this. As a side note, has anyone else noticed that Lego seem to be finally drifting away from the horribly derivative rubbish they've been making over the last several years (Bionicle etc), and going back to making proper models? It's wonderful.

Absolutely fantastic movie, 13 Sep 2012
I'm genuinely shocked at the number of 1-star reviews for this movie. Did you people see the same film I did? Cabin in the Woods is one of the most original movies I've seen in a long time, tearing up the rule book of horror films. I don't even want to describe the plot to people who haven't seen it, because to know anything about the story is to know too much. Just go in with an open mind and enjoy it.

No special features guarantees I won't buy it, 9 Sep 2012
Was fully intending to get this until I noticed that all the special features have been cut out. Way to go Marvel/Disney. Why release something like this - a disk that was going to sell insane numbers - and waste the opportunity by gutting it? All you're doing is pissing people off. No way I'll be buying this, might try and import the US release.

Gets the job done, 21 Jun 2012
Bought these because they're so cheap, and I wanted some jeans to wear around the house. While they do get the job done, and they feel okay for the price, I have 2 minor complaints. Firstly, the pockets are TINY. This seems pretty ridiculous to me in the smart-phone age. My Samsung Galaxy S2 doesn't fit in the pocket, it sticks out of the top. This is an average size phone these days, and it's far from the biggest phone out there. I can't even sit on the sofa and pull my legs up, because the phone in my pocket blocks the position. Secondly, for some reason the crotch area is huge. This sounds like a weird complaint, but it's very very deep, more so than I've ever seen on jeans before. It has the effect of making it look like you're one of those people who thinks it's cool to appear as if your trousers are really falling down, which is an incredibly stupid look imo. And I'm not talking about wearing them on the hip, which I do, I mean it's like getting close to your knees.

Excellent, 21 Jun 2012
I'm not really big on these sorts of jeans, I prefer very plain and simple ones, but they're excellent for the price. Well made, decent size pockets, very nice fit. No complaints at all.

Shirt is not the one that appears in the main image, 14 Jun 2012
I just wanted to write this to warn people that the shirt you receive is NOT the yellow one in the main image above, with the text, "this is my happy shirt". Weirdly, you get the shirt that appears in the thumbnail image for this page, which is a black shirt with yellow text that says, "I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on". I was a little disappointed, as I'd rather have had the yellow shirt pictured, but both are good. The shirt itself is of pretty good quality, and came with a tag with a £17.99 price sticker attached, so you can't complain about the price.

Remarkably good for the price, 25 Feb 2012
Bought this mainly as a test to see how it would do as an ND filter for my camera. Considering it's so cheap, it's remarkably sharp. Should go without saying that, as a piece of welding glass, it's incredibly dark, and will easily give 30 second exposures in broad daylight. Since it isn't a proper filter holder, the overall image quality isn't amazing, but considering it costs a tiny fraction of the price of proper high-stop ND filter, it's difficult to complain. The other major thing is that it's VERY VERY green. Like, so green that you can't even correct it in post on a RAW file. This doesn't matter much to me since I mainly do black and white anyway. Of course, it won't fit into a lot of filter holders (though it fit in a friend's P-Series Cokin holder), so I simply used masking tape to tape it to the front of the holder, which blocked out all other light. Does the job, but taping is a pain in the ass and not very reliable. I plan to replace it with a proper ultra dark filter when I get the chance, but if you're on a budget don't hesitate to give this a try.
