Mac Users beware, 2 Nov 2004
Even for a beginner this book is an excellent source of information, but only if you have basic working knowledge of CSS (ie. Dreamweaver experience) The tutorials easily walk you through the initially-daunting code and after only a few run-throughs I was feeling fairly confident about things. The drawback is that working on a Mac there are serious browser issues, Safari seems happy to a point (drop down menus etc) and then gets confused and ruins all your hard work - alot of bugs are ironed out by the book, but not all. IE5.2 on the Mac is an absolute rotter and refuses to play ball. Sort it out please, or I'm gonna have to defect to a Proper Computer, heaven forbid.
