Great basic no frills trainer. It's easy to set up and use and feels steady with no rocking when in use. You have to get off to change the resistance settings, but I don't find that a problem. I've used other budget trainer - this is by far the best.

This book is exellent! Amy is a live character, who just tries to please everyone and help everyone when so much is going wrong with her owm life. Her best friend is been stolen from her by a venemous jealous girl, whilst her mother and father are screaming louder than her 2 troublsome twin sisters. Then Ben comes. The heart-throb. But as he guides Amy into a band, Car Crime, he expects her to do more than just sing....!!!!!!!!!1
