2.0 out of 5 stars Hobbit Size, 31 Jan. 2013
Will help you to lose weight, it will only accommodate one slice of bacon.
May be OK for one person, but certainly not a family grill.

2.0 out of 5 stars Grey Indeed, 24 May 2012

Not one of Liam Nielsen's finest. Looked like it was made on the cheap.

No real story line, plane crashes in arctic conditions,
survivors on foot being chased by wolves. Several scenes looked like they had
arrived on set via the taxidermist, and the wolves didn't look much better.

By the end of the film one or two of the survivors had lost the will to live,
I know how they felt...Avoid

1.0 out of 5 stars Worse than Neighbours., 8 Mar. 2012

Two words that should persuade you to seer well clear of this movie. Australian gangster.
I endured Animal Kingdom for 20 minutes before giving in.
More action and better acting in Skippy.

1.0 out of 5 stars Step Sideways, 9 July 2005
This review is from: Sideways [DVD] (DVD)
Story of two middle aged American men. One out of work soap star who is about to be married. The other a depressive failed writer come wine connoisseur.
They embark on a stag week before the big day. So far so good.
Do they hit the bright lights of Las Vegas? Do they go mountain climbing in Holland? No, they go on a wine tasting week around Californian vineyards.
They drink some wine and chat, and chat and drink some wine.
They meet up with two waitresses who are also into wine. Double bubble, they all drink wine and chat, and chat and drink wine.
No chance of giving the plot away, there isn't one.
This movie must be like viewing abstract painting, only the artist and the chosen few get it.
A romantic comedy. About as funny as having a dental filling without anaesthetic.
If you see this on a video rental list step SIDEWAYS!!!!

Hi,
This is the first review I have written, mainly to warn
would be buyers / renters of this movie what a load of old rubbish it turned out to be.
I got up to walk out half way through, then realised I was sitting at home.
Poor complicated contrived plot line.
"Funny" dialog was excruciatingly embarrassing to watch.
Choppy location changes.
Characters so bland you forget who they were half way through
the film.
The film uses a semi-documentary style counting down the days
to the "Exciting" finale.
The movie seemed to go on for days.
I kept checking my watch, I had to go watch some paint dry.
