5.0 out of 5 stars I love this book!, 28 Sep 2003
This review is from: Spartan (Paperback)
It has been a long time coming, but finally I have found a book I really enjoyed. From reading the first page right up until the end I was fascinated by the period in time that this book was set. The story is one to keep you hooked, needing to know what happens to the characters next! Velerio has done well with this one, and now I go forth to read his Alexander trilogy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Island Thunder rocks!!!, 28 Sep 2003
Island thunder for the xbox is an amazing game. Not only is it a great single player game but it also has the wonderful xbox live enabled with it too. It really comes into it's own on xbox live however, and there is nothing better than shooting your mate after an long sneak around the map. Old map favourites are still here from the first GR like Embassy, and now there is downloadable content. Already you can download an awesome map by the name of refinery. If you are an xbox live gamer then you would have to be a fool to miss out on the delights of this game. If not it's still fun to play on your own

5.0 out of 5 stars The Animatrix Is Awesome, 22 May 2003
This review is from: The Animatrix [DVD] [2003] (DVD)
The animation is superb, and the story's mix very well into the matrix universe, this dvd will be a must for any matrix fans. The most impressive episode out of that lot has to be The Second Renaissance Part 2 as it shows how the matrix came about... mind blowing, gives you a similar feeling that you got after watching the first matrix film.
Also on the DVD is the short which premiered with Dream Catcher in cinemas... this episode was created by the same people responsible for Final Fantasy: The spirits within. But this time the awesome CGI is accompanied with an awesome story. This episode is visually amazing, something not to be missed by ANYONE!
Don't miss this DVD peeps... if you do you will be missing out on a big part of the matrix experience.

5.0 out of 5 stars A stroke of genius! AWESOME!, 29 Jan 2003
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: FridgePlay - Chess (Toy)
A stroke of genius. This is so much fun. You can Fridgeplay over a few drinks or several days - the choice is yours! You can even Fridgeplay without seeing your opponent by using the handy 'your turn' piece. The good thing about Fridgeplay games is that they get your grey matter working while you're playing. Simply a great idea to put some fun into the kitchen or wherever there is a metal surface. Everyone will love it. Highly recommended to anyone with a fridge!
