My sisters 6 month old Husky loves this toy and takes it everywhere with him, but my border terrier can barely lift it. It's a tough toy and very robust and i would recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE, 14 Jun. 2008
First off let me say that i am a massive superman fan and so any book featuring the man of steel can do no wrong in my eyes. In the very last Justice League unlimited cartoon Superman says to Darkseid 'i live in a world of cardboard always having to watch how i move, but this is a rare opportunity to see just how strong i am, lets see if you can take it' and then in the cartoon he gives him a beating but it's nothing compared to the beating he gives Darseid in this book afte Darseid attacks Kara. The story has a lot of heart and in some ways a lot of humour, although the humour doesn't take anything away from what is an action packed story. Reading this story reminded me of the old programme my two dads but with a twist. Superman is like the mum (all be it a mum who can move planets and fly around the world in a heartbeat, but then who's mum can't do that) because he is caring and loving and very protective of Kara. Where as Batman is like the dad and although he is a a less trusting of Kara than Supes is (shes a hot teenager what dad isn't a little untrusting) he will walk through hell for her. He actually takes on Darkseid all by himself in order to get Kara back. This book has action all the way and enough twists to keep you guessing most of the way through. I doubt anybody will be able to guess who it is that abducts Kara the first time she visits metropolis until they turn the page. The twist at the end is also pretty cool and you'll actually feel a little heart broken when a character you like ...... like i'm going to tell you how it ends. The art work which is done by Micheal Turner is also brilliant it's clear and crisp and although a little cartoonish is still very powerful. If you buy it for one thing alone then it has to be the picture of Doomday when he attack Wonder Woman, Bats, Supes and the amazons on paradise island, he looks very cool.
