5.0 out of 5 stars Great "little" colouring book, 4 Oct 2011

If you want something to amuse a child, whilst out and about this is great. Small enough to pop into a rucksack with a few pens, loads to keep a child busy. Probably more suited to a child age 5 upwards....

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for Horrid Henry Fans, 7 Sep 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Felt I should write a review, with the dvd being released in November. Basically if your kids love horrid henry they will love this. Both of my children 6 and 8 years begged me to take them see this in the summer hols. Yes, it bored me, its nothing like the cartoon version, but my kids loved it and even now some 4 weeks on from seeing it my son talks about it and cannot wait for the DVD to come out.

Its a lose story and in my opinion henry is no way near as horrid as he is in the cartoon, he has a good side...;o) The children who played the main characters are excellent, especially henry and moody margaret, she was my favourite....

If you expecting a film for the whole to watch this not the one but if want the kids to be assumed for a couple of hours whilst you doze on the sofa pretending to watch its perfect....;o)

Rated this 4 stars because for horrid henry fans its fab, 1 start lost for not entertaining the parents...

If you have no knowledge of what to do with kids in London then this a great little book. However, we knew most of the information in it and there is nothing in it that a search on www couldnt give you. But a great a little starter book, for like I said if you have little knowledge of things to do in London with kids.

Great book for the first time vegetable grower or someone with little knoweledge. Tells you month by month what do in the vegetable garden, what to sow and what you should be harvesting. Probably too basic for those with knowledge of vegetable growing but brilliant for a first timer or beginner....

4.0 out of 5 stars A lovely enchanting movie, 17 July 2009
This review is from: Bridge To Terabithia [DVD] (DVD)
Watched this film this week with my children and really enjoyed it with them. Which led me to read the reviews of it on here. I was surprised to read a reviews recommending this to the ages of 8 or above. My 4 and 6 year old loved this film. Okay, there is an emotionally charge part to it about 3/4 way through and yes this could cause some upset, but with the right handling and parent supervision through out the film, this is a lovely film that deals with this emotional subject. Both my children dealt with this part of the film very well, maybe its because I have always talked openly about this emotional issue, that they were able to deal with it, but please dont be put of watching this film with younger children, as long as you watch it with them.
