1.0 out of 5 stars terrible, 15 Aug 2005
The book was terrible because it involves allsorts of rubbish and it got of the proper team of doom and became an intergalactic war which is not what doom is supposed to be about.
And whoever came up with the idea of calling the aliens the freds.the book is terrible and thats all i have left to say.

1.0 out of 5 stars a strange dull book, 14 Aug 2005
This book i have to say is just terrible the plot goes totally off the theme of doom and starts to get into all sorts of crap.
The main characters encounter aliens called freds and then newbies and at the end they are living in a simulation or something.its just a bit stupid and boring. The ending leaves the story open but once you finish the book you probably wont care anymore. The first and second books in the series were very good though.

the book does a fantastic job of portraying the great story to the greatest video game in history. This i thought was great because the game never realy got credit for having such a great story line. Also i thought it was good to see the fear and pain that the main character in the game had to undergo. The book is also great because it is so good at describing place in the game,so while you are readin git you can see clearly in your head what the places look like. Two words to finish= Great book

The book is an excellant description of leonardo but it gets into such detail that it just gets to the point that it bores the hell out of you.
