3.0 out of 5 stars Different Packaging, 18 July 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I wasn't sure when the product arrive that I had been delivered what I ordered because the packaging was completely different. I had to double check everything before I felt confident enough to use this. I had no ill effects. I purchased these for the treatment of migraines and although I did not find these anymore effective than standard Paracetamol that would not stop me recommending them for milder pain as they were more effective when I just had a normal headache or other general pain.

The GL Diet For Dummies
The GL Diet For Dummies
by Nigel Denby
Edition: Paperback

This book is great. It has a pull out shopping guide and cheats guide to make things easier when you are out and about. The diet itself is not overly difficult to adhere to as most of the foods are delicious anyway but some of the bread recommendations can be overly heavy - stodgy even. If you have to go on this diet for medical reasons this is a great book to help get you started and you will use it constantly afterwards as a reference guide. It contains lots of tips, tricks and suggestions on how to succeed. I'd recommend reading this book first.

Bewitched Accessories Crinkle Effect Large Silk Twist Scarf in Purple/aubergine
Bewitched Accessories Crinkle Effect Large Silk Twist Scarf in Purple/aubergine

3.0 out of 5 stars More Pink than Purple, 18 July 2013

I did not realise how pink this scarf was going to be. I thought I had ordered a purple scarf but when it arrived it was closer to bright pink that purple. As a scarf it was quite nice but I did not like the colour, personally. I ended up giving this as a present to a family member.

5.0 out of 5 stars Atmospheric and Suspenseful, 18 July 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I really enjoyed reading this book. The story is slow to get going but that is necessary to reflect Toby's new transition into the world of journaling. As the story progresses the atmosphere steadily darkens and the suspense builds in a quite enjoyable way. This is not a conventional horror story and highlights a greater, real world fear of the time in which it was written. A good real and not overly terrifying.

4.0 out of 5 stars A Social Commentary, 18 July 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is a great collection. It is, obviously, very heavy and a bit unwieldy so get comfortable before opening it. Some of the works I enjoyed better than others and its a great way of observing the differences in what was considered the social and moral norms of the time. The social commentary is quite insightful, even if it somewhat highlights the shallowness of the time. This would make a great reference piece of any student of English literature.

The Works of Alfred Lord Tennyson (Wordsworth Poetry Library)
The Works of Alfred Lord Tennyson (Wordsworth Poetry Library)
by Alfred Tennyson
Edition: Paperback
Price: 3.59

3.0 out of 5 stars First Timer, 18 July 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I had never read Tennyson prior to getting this book and choose it as a starting point. The language is very descriptive but given that he was writing in he 19th century it can sometimes take some work to understand his meaning. I felt like I was back at school reading some of these, struggling to interpret hidden means in a descriptive narrative. I still think its a good place to start reading Tennyson though as its a small, inexpensive paperback with a good selection of works to sink your intellectual teeth into.

This is a great little collection. Its small enough to pop into my handbag. This is not a complete collection but it would make a good starter if you weren't sure about you level of interest in Blake's work or wanted a small collection to interest a newbie.

The cable comes with the plug and works perfectly with my laptop. The cable is a bit shorter than the original which can be a bit frustrating but otherwise I am very satisfied with it.
