5.0 out of 5 stars A case with a good compromise between space and footprint, 12 May 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Excellent case, putting together a PC in this case is a breeze due to the amount of space you have to work with. In my opinion its a very good compromise between space for components whilst maintaining a relatively small footprint

+ fits H100i
+ fits large ATX PSUs, I have a 1200w fully modular installed(reused before someone shouts 'overkill')
+ Graphics card length clearance
+ Loads of room for cable management

- Large amount of flex to chassis once optical support bracket removed
- Graphics cards which are 'wide' may not fit, I have an MSI 270x which only just fits with the twin frozr cooler although it was tight.
- Connecting up the hard drives is a serious pain when you want to change them, really would have liked to see a hot swappable feature here
- Apparently a 200mm fan can be installed in the front, you will need to 'bend'!? some metal supports for the optical drive for it to fit. Also theres no way you will fit it with a H100 or other radiator installed.

I did alot of research before purchasing as I wanted a small case and I settled on the 250d due to the balance of size and space.
I initially purchased the EVGA hadron but was disappointed with the amount of noise its PSU makes and sold it on
During my research for both cases I wanted to compare the sizes with other cases and ended up building a bit of a list of cases and their respective sizes which i have included below if its useful to you(Disclaimer: May not be 100% accurate)

5.0 out of 5 stars Super Quiet PSU, 25 Mar 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
To give you some background I am currently running and i7, 8GB Ram, 3 SSDs, GTX690, R9 270X, optical drive, fan controller + 6 fans, Water pump and lighting all in the same system. I am very particular about noise from my PC and in the pursuit of silence have watercooled my system and removed any mechanical hard drives. My PC is inaudible even at load

Not only has this PSU ran all the above hardware with no problems I have also not heard a peep from it since day one(at either idle or load). No fan, no coil whine, nothing. Very pleased

3.0 out of 5 stars Im Sceptical about these, 15 Mar 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I'm not sure what others are experiencing, after a month of trying these I can honestly say that a) I did not get any short term energy boosts and b) I do not feel any different. I eat a reasonably well rounded diet, yes sometimes I eat fast food but I dont shy away from fruits and vegetables either. I also like to go to the gym and play sports. I think those experiencing an energy boost or feeling of well being are either experiencing placebo effects or have a bad diet/unhealthy lifestyle to start with

5.0 out of 5 stars dont waste your money on other pairs of in-ear headphones, 31 Jan 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I have spent hundreds of pounds on earphones. From Bose, Sony, Sennheiser, Apple. One common trait they all share is that eventually the earphones broke due to a lose connection which progressively got worse. These earphones dont sound as good as some high end Bose earphones but then your paying 20 times as much. But they do sound as good as some of the headphones which i've paid £40-£60 for.

I love my music, from hip hop, to trance to even classical on occasion These earphones have passed the test and they were a fiver so when they break, and they will, I wont be that upset

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb Silent Case, 13 May 2013
I have had several different configs in the R4 including SLI GTX 580's and currently a GTX690 both watercooled and air cooled

Positives

- At idle(with the right config) this case is silent, I cant hear it at all, my Sky+ box makes more noise. When my monitors go to sleep I sometimes have to check the computer is still on by checking the LED light on the front

- Both windowed and non windowed panel are very good at keeping noise at bay(I own both). The non windowed panel is quieter due to increased sound dampening material. With a side fan installed on the non windowed panel my Gfx card temps dropped 5 degrees at load

- Loads of hard drive space. The mounts are very good at keeping the noise of these down with rubber feet

- Loads of room for cable management. I have 3 SSDs mounted in the back, 2 of which are stacked with double sided tape and I can still close the case

- The look of the case, very slick, understated look. Reminds me of something Apple would make tbh(apologies if you hate them )

- Fits high end hardware, have an ATX motherboard, GTX690 and 1200w PSU. Ive tried both a Corsair AX1200(which is one of the biggest PSU's out there) and a Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold

- The inbuilt fan controller is very useful. When I was aircooling as I wanted to keep noise down I only installed 3 fans, 2 in the front and 1 in the back and used to crank up the voltage only when gaming. This way everything was silent at other times

- There are Spacers which come preinstalled in the Roof fan slots and side panel. There is a thick foam on these spacers which really keeps the noise at bay

Negatives

- This case is definitely hotter than others when gaming and as a result your graphics card fan will spin up to max and you will most definitely hear it although it was `slightly' less audible than some of the other cases ive owned in the past

- Radiator space for Watercooling limited

- Not much else, buy it!

Watercooling

- Ive mounted two radiators a 45mm 120 alphacool in the back and an 80mm 240 alphacool in the front. The sacrifice I had to make was to remove the all hard drive bays.
- There is space for a skinny rad in the roof but it is very tight! And you may need to offset the radiator slightly. Ive seen several videos of people mounting a H100 or other 240 radiator

3.0 out of 5 stars This is a practical device not one that sounds that good, 31 Dec 2012
These headphones are a mixed bag, I purchased these on Scan but thought id post a review on Amazon as its many peoples first port of call

1) Sound Quality - (4/10) - In 7.1 Mode These earphones Im sorry to say do NOT sound good! The sound is OK at best. The treble is tinny, The base is not that deep. Overall I can only describe the sound as lacking warmth and punch. Ive been using them primarily to play Battlefield 3. Stereo sources in 7.1 will sound awful, as the mixamp has a button to toggle the sound mode this is easily rectified. In Stereo mode the warmth I described is improved and I would describe it as OK. Earphones costing half as much would destroy this in a head to head to test. From my research I believe this is due to sheer number of individual drivers they have packed into each earcup(quantity not quality).

2) Practicality - (10/10) - Heres where the earphones shine. I've been hearing people sneak up on me in first person shooters no problems. Im able to reasonably determine where someone is in a 360 degree radius. I would say my game has improved using these over my old stereo earphones. Even when things are chaotic with RPGs/Tanks/Choppers around me in Battlefield 3 I felt confident in there whereabouts. The sound of RPGs whooshing past your head and choppers flying overhead sounds amazing

3) Product Quality - (9/10) - These feel like a top notch premium product, very comfortable to use. After hours of gaming I still felt very comfortable wearing these

4) Packaging - (10/10) - When you get these and open them up you can see they have spent alot of time getting this right.

5) Overall - (6/10) - I simply cannot overlook the sound quality when paying £150 plus for pair of earphones and I wanted to WARN OTHERS before purchasing so you wouldnt be disappointed as I was. Therefore despite all the positives have to give these earphones an average score. If you are looking for a practical device to improve your game then get these, if you are looking for top notch sound quality that will impress your friends and family look elsewhere. If you listen to alot of Music on your computer through headphones then dont even consider these

Other points: Ive been using a Creative XIFI Titanium Fatality Professional sound card and have spent alot of time tweaking the sound to try find the sweet spot. I also have an actual 5.1 Surround sound setup using an Onkyo 609 amp. Which when using the sound card is amazing(I know this is a harsh comparison but wanted to point out that I do not believe it is something I have setup incorrectly and it is infact the headphones themselves which are the problem)

Logitech K400 Wireless Touch Keyboard - Black
Logitech K400 Wireless Touch Keyboard - Black

5.0 out of 5 stars This versus the Keysonic, no contest!!, 9 Dec 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I have my PC connected up to my TV and after 2 years 'battling' with the keysonic laptop style keyboard i decided to purchase this

The build quality of this keyboard is very robust. I have dropped this keyboard on many occasions and its still in one piece

I Like the addition of the volume keys at the top of the keyboard, use them alot when watching movies and playing games

Battery life has been very good for me and my pc is on alot! Dont think ive actually changed the batteries since i bought this a year ago

Keyboard works with multiple operating systems i have installed on my pc

If you are deliberating between this and the keysonic then you can stop. I have owned both for more than a year and use my pc everyday.

See my other amazon reviews for what i thought of the keysonic!

1.0 out of 5 stars Intermittent disconnection problems, battery hog, mind of its own keyboard. Do not buy, 23 Jun 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I have owned this keyboard for over two years as my primary keyboard for my desktop PC which I have linked up to my TV

I have recently replaced it after battling with it for so long. My problems are as follows

1) Battery hog, I have been through so many pairs of batteries with this thing, cost me a fortune
2) Would lose connection from time to time and then need to remove batteries and reinsert them to reset the device as there is no on-off switch
3) Sometimes the whole touchpad would go into what I call 'Hypersensitive scroll mode' This means that wherever you touch the touchpad it will scroll the page(very fast), this problem is even worse when you are using a media player ie VLC and suddenly swiping your finger up on the touchpad will put your volume up to max. I have a powerful surround sound system and so am now so ever slightly deaf. Again removing and inserting batteries would solve problem
4) Poor build quality, feels cheap, a couple of keys have fallen off. The battery cover has broken from constantly solving the points mentioned above
5) I also experienced the problem with the function key and numbers which other reviews have mentioned. The first day I got this I had to google the problem to solve it, why should I have to do this. It should have been in normal mode by default

A couple of months ago I bought another brand of Keyboard and it is only now I feel compelled to write this review as the contrast between the two products is stark. I'm disappointed I didnt replace it sooner as I have been tempted to throw the thing across the room on more than one occasion.

This product has had so many good user reviews it amazes me, I conclude that either I am the only unlucky one with these problems or everyone wrote their review after only a short period of use and have therefore only seen the problem mentioned in point 5 above...or have not tried any other wireless keyboards with touchpad. There are better options people, please dont make the same mistake I did
