5.0 out of 5 stars My favourite album of all time, 19 April 2012
20 years ago i bought this album and it blew me away; today i find it just as stunning. Quality like this never ages, never diminishes in relevance, never fails to move the listener. If i had to choose one disc over all others then this is it. Beautiful, deceptively simple, perfect in every way.

5.0 out of 5 stars Omg, 25 Feb. 2011
Don't hesitate, buy now. This is a first class bit of kit. The sound is truly excellent, integration with napster means you can listen to unlimited music for a fiver a month, using your iphone or ipad as the remote. It's a no brainer. I am listening to way more music than before. Streaming is the way forward. Untether yourself from your music collection (and expensive iTunes). Sonos plus napster will blow your mind.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product, 13 July 2010
Received this today and am very happy. Inside the box is a clear plastic shell which fits snugly around the ipad but which leaves exposed all the buttons and sockets. Combined with the highly styish black leather envelope style case, this two in one product protects the back of your ipad so you can put it down during use, without fear of scratching, then pack it away in the leather case at the end of the day or when venturing out of the house. Meets my needs perfectly and retains the elegance of the ipad.

4.0 out of 5 stars Powerful, 27 Feb. 2007
Leaves questions unanswered as to why the main character plummmets into a life of drugs and violence, but this just makes the film all the more interesting. Yes, there are grim scenes, but this is still a captivating piece of cinema. Not a waste of time, despite a lame performance by the TV chef character.

Lots of valuable advice. Rather waffly though. Could have been edited down to half the size.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow, did they write all those songs?, 25 Sept. 2005
This review is from: Forty Licks (Audio CD)
If you're not from the Stones era this is a great bet. Most of these songs are crackers. I was surprised by how many I recognised but didn't realise they were Stones tracks. There's a huge amount of energy and excitement on these two CDs. A lot better than most contemporary artists. Do yourself a favour and click Buy.

1.0 out of 5 stars Save your money, 25 Sept. 2005
This is poor compared to the Mach 3 Turbo. I can't get as close and the vibration makes the experience uncomfortable. I'm gutted I bought extra 8 cartridges at the time of buying the handle. Can't wait to revert to Mach 3 Turbo once they're used up.

5.0 out of 5 stars A monumental crime novel, 4 Sept. 2005
This review is from: The Black Dahlia (Paperback)
The characters are alive, human, driven and complex. The story? Sordid, brutal, thrilling. How Elroy comes up with this stuff amazes me. Stop reading reviews and read the real thing.
