What can you say - it's a belt for a vacuum and it functions perfectly well. Good price for this item as seen it for far higher elsewhere!

5.0 out of 5 stars Super, easy to use device, 2 Dec 2012

Bought this for an old lady friend of mine. Chose it because of the reasonable sized screen and competitive price. She's using it mostly for talks so can't comment on sound quality for music although it's very clear on the spoken word! She's not terribly competent with technology but after showing her how to download the talks and operate the unit she's been as happy as Larry! Good price for the features on offer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Helpful book, 6 Oct 2012

Although dated now and probably not relevant to Win server 2008 or latest 2012, as I'm using Win Server 2003 in a Primary school, it has some brilliant tips and useful script coding. Bought very cheap used, so good investment for the short-term. Hopefully there's something as good when we upgrade!

3.0 out of 5 stars Shoddy product-but cheap!, 6 Oct 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The product is very shoddy quality - one of the connectors came apart on 1st use. As it came from Hong Kong and took ages to arrive I didn't really want to wait another three weeks for a replacement, so I stuck it with Araldite - not what you want from a brand new product. The only redeeming factor was it was incredibly cheap - and worked when glued!!

Thoroughly recommend this book. Fantastic idea for story - keeps you guessing till the end. I expected a different ending though!

4.0 out of 5 stars Could do better!, 6 Sep 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This does the job but the description suggests it is better than it is. It fits my NATPC tablet fine and like most of these protectors is a bu99er to fit without getting dust/bubles trapped! Also it gets greasy from fingerprints quickly and is not that easy to clean off! Not tried washing and re-using yet - must say I'm dubious about that one!

3.0 out of 5 stars Useful but not an easy read, 9 July 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The book starts out being a bit condecending but then very quickly starts to assume knowledge of jargon. It may well be a useful reference once you have some familiarity with IIS and websites but to someone with limited knowledge/understanding to start with it's not at all clear!

Going Off the Rails
Going Off the Rails
by Keith Mapp
Edition: Hardcover
Price: £15.50

5.0 out of 5 stars Kept giggling aloud!, 31 Aug 2010
This review is from: Going Off the Rails (Hardcover)
If you do (or have) work for a large company and commute by train, then this book should amuse you. My wife got annoyed with me as I kept laughing out loud. If you neither work in a large corporation or commute by train then you may not appreciate the Dilbert-like subtle jokes but then the clever plot that unfolds should amuse you anyway, so stick with it in the earlier bits!!

All in all a refreshing book and one I recommend heartily!

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing!, 5 Oct 2004
Once again, I'm amazed how Bob Cornuke has taken details from the Biblical text and used them to trace artifacts from history. Having read the book and followed up his reasoning, I have to conclude that his theory seems much more logical that the traditional site in St Paul's bay - a fact obviously accepted by the Maltese government because I believe they have accepted the findings and announced them in March 2004.

5.0 out of 5 stars Remarkable, 5 Oct 2004
Bob Cornuke is a real-life Indiana Jones but his meticulous research based on the Biblical text makes for amazing discoveries. His case for the identification of Jabal al Lawz as the real Mount Sinai is very strong and is much more logical and convincing than that for the traditional site. The book is also a good read too!
