1.0 out of 5 stars Assault ..... on a toilet, 10 Oct. 2013
What a hilariously overhyped product!! I'll admit the ingredient profile looks legit. However, the only thing you will be Assaulting after this is the nearest bathroom - because this will turn your a** into a faucet (even when consuming only half a scoop!)

Absolutely 0 benefit from this product apart from needing to clear out your intestine within 5-10mins (if you consider that a benefit).

1.0 out of 5 stars Too much Niacin, 10 Oct. 2013
There's too much Niacin used in this product. Even when using 1 scoop, I broke up in a really nasty Niacin Hot Flush (which is basically like developing a severe sunburn) within 20 mins of consuming.

I had a nasty rash all over my face, neck, shoulders, arms, abs, lower back, even some on my knees. It was very, very uncomfortable: inflamed, red and itchy skin with slight dizziness -> all textbook symptoms of a Niacin overdose. And this was after taking less than a full scoop.

5.0 out of 5 stars Core for any athlete, 9 April 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Mixability: 7/10 - some foam, settles down quickly though.

Taste: 9/10 - no complaints. Sweet in a refreshing way.

Value: 8/10 - a bit pricey for how many servings this will last you (20-30).

Overall: 8/10 - a core supplement to consumed during/immediately after workout to fully take advantage of the ultra-fast absorbing properties that 'micronized' products have.

5.0 out of 5 stars Core, 9 April 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I'll just preface this review by saying that I've tried more than my fair share of gainers from a variety of brands (USN, Gaspari, Dymatize ..etc).

Mixability: 10/10 - probably the best gainer in terms of mixability I've ever had.

Taste: 10/10 - solid. Not too sweet. Deep chocolaty taste.

Value: 6/10 - not going to lie, but this is quite expensive for a gainer (especially considering the ingredient profile). Then again, this is Optimum Nutrition.

Ingredients: 7/10 - simple. Ingredient profile is basic, offering a good balance of carb/protein ratio and a spectrum of vitamins. Most other gainers take on a more meal-replacement role - adding BCAA, (maybe) creatine, and some overhyped supplement (CLA, HMB...etc).

Noted: The powder itself looks very refined, doesn't clump together, and is quite light. So expect a serving (of just powder) to fill 2/3rds of your shaker. Probably explains why it mixes so well.

Overall: 8.5/10 - Tastes great, mixes even better. Solid product in that it's basic. Great for beginners or for those who are willing to pay a bit extra for a simple gainer done very well.

2.0 out of 5 stars From bad to worse, 8 April 2008
I'll try to keep it brief to not give too much away

Firstly, Prison Break should have been a show that ended after season1, with them in panama, happy ending.

But it didnt. As a result, all this writer's strike stuff has greatly affected the show. Season 3 is only 12 episodes long, and to be honest, it's just a poor copy of the season1, with the exact same plot problems. Outsiders/securing the money/getting people in on the escape.... After a while you just get bored of the same scenario, the same characters arguing about the same thing.

Secondly, somehow all the survivors of season1 have been all put in the same prison in season 3 ... wow what coincidence! (i'll try not to spoil ... let's just say they pretty much act in the exact same way as season1 the "oh i hate michael, but he's gonna get me out so im gonna do what he says then backstab him")

Thirdly, it was almost hilarious how they dealt with the character 'Sarah Tancredi' . Without giving too much away: let me just say it was laughable, completely ridiculous. And after that, i knew the show had died.

Finally, it's such a shame to see how such a great show has become so boring and unimaginative. The only reason why this avoids 1 star, is because of the FBI character and his side story. Other than that, to sum up:
Season1: a bit of delaying, but still amazing
Season2: lacked any aim or plot, created a false sense of ending for the series like season1, when we knew the show wasnt going to end.
Season3: a poor, almost desperate copy of season 1... supported by a very weak overall plot. Very little sense of suspense.

I definitely wouldnt pay money to see this season.

4.0 out of 5 stars Matrix , gr8 but....., 29 Dec. 2005
The fighting is amazing , i don't know how they managed it , but its fantastic, being able to fight more than one opponent at a time, pulling off some on the most awesome moves ever.
However, i started the game and it was very confusing how they jumped some bits and then came back to them .. the chronology of Neo was a bit strange at some times. And Neo running is hilarious, he looks so funny and insecure.
Basically, the fact that you can choose your destiny and create your 'own path' is fantastic,
[oh and i chose the Blue pill at the beginning :D ]
