Perhaps one of the greatest Black Britons, Equiano provides a wholesome view of the slate trade. A must read for those in the history of the slave trade/18th century England.

Indeed this who aren't Christian may find some passages slightly questionable, but for the most part this is a great book which offers the reader great claim backed up by great evidence.

The Soul Of A Butterfly
The Soul Of A Butterfly
by Muhammad Ali
Edition: Paperback
Price: 5.59

4.0 out of 5 stars From his own lips, 5 Jun 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is a short easy read memoir of the Champ, so it's adequate for a introductory summary to who Muhammad Ali is but certainly isn't in depth. I'd still recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely ground-breaking, 5 Jun 2013
Remember Carl Sagan's maxim: "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence".

Well Dr. Diop gives you all the evidence you need. This compelling piece shatters the erroneous academic status quo set by euro centrism, and establishes objective and reasonable facts you won't hear in a classroom anywhere in the West. I wholly recommend this book.
