3.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing, 8 Jan 2014
This book started where book 4 left, full of fast paced action, however it quickly went downhill, was not happy with how the Martian twist finished, the book felt like it was rushed to make a dead line or to kill the series, really disappointing overall, lastly I bought the book when it 1st came out @ over £5, which was taking a liberty as I wouldn't normally pay more than £4. I see it is now down at just over £3 which considering overall is probably still too much. Will read book 6 but will not pay over the odds for it

This review is from: Dark Space (Kindle Edition)
First time reader of jasper Scott, but half way through dark space 1 I purchased the next 2, which says it all. The twist at the end was out of left field, but I won't reveal it here - you'll need to find that out for yourself. All in all a great start to a new scifi story and a new friendship.

I can't wait for book 5. These books deserve to be read by more people! The whole series draws you in that you can't wait for the next instalment. Only gripe was it is a bit pricey. I think more people would take a chance if they were priced in the £2 - £3 bracket!
