Only pick up this book if you want everything you ever thought you knew to be called into question. Complexity Theory and the Politics of Education will challenge everything you thought you knew about education - and then some! If you are trying to make sense of the present this book provides a very different way of thinking about all aspects of education. It is essential (and challenging) reading for anyone concerned with issues of education for emancipation and is written by a selection of writers that are absolutely at the forefront of critical thinking. An important contribution to the development of dealing with complex educational questions.
