5.0 out of 5 stars Terrific music and lyrics, 28 Feb 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Very clever lyrics and great melodies. Seeing the show in a fortnight but horrified that it is closing so soon. Very sad.

5.0 out of 5 stars Un-put-down-able, 2 Mar 2012
This review is from: The Master's Tale (Paperback)
I was given this book for Christmas and frankly did not think that the subject would interest me. However,to my amazement I was fascinated. Ann Victoria is a superb writer who draws the reader into this historical piece with great dexterity. I found myself fascinated by the descriptions of the early ships and their times leading finally to the Titanic. I thought that I knew enough about this ill-fated ship but I was intrigued to the bitter end. Well done.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another gripping page-turner from John Tagholm, 4 Sep 2009
This review is from: Bad Marriage (Paperback)
This is a most unusual story which grips the reader from the start. This story is unlike any other thriller that I have read and so interesting in its subject and character, I highly recomend this brilliant novel. It's a must for thriller readers and a terrific second novel after "No Identifiable Remains" from this new author which I also loved. I just hope that one day both stories are made into films. Congratulations Mr Tagholm.

5.0 out of 5 stars An un-put-down-able page turner, 26 Aug 2008
I was hugely impressed by this novel which I understand is John Tagholm's first. I read the book over just a three day period and when I finally finished reading it I was almost shaking with the suspense that John has created. What a fantastic film this would make.
I now greatly look forward to his next offering

Hollywood Conscience
Hollywood Conscience
by Ned Cresswell
Edition: Paperback

5.0 out of 5 stars A great read about the creation of a gay porn star, 17 July 2001
This review is from: Hollywood Conscience (Paperback)
Ned Cresswell writes convincingly about the world of gay porn stars and in a style that held my attention to the point that I couldn't put the book down. Sometimes erotic, sometimes hilarious I am now hoping for sequal.
