5.0 out of 5 stars Great little hose., 26 Mar 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This is a great quality hose set up as I have come to expect from this brand. It clicked onto the old tap adapter that we already had easily. I really liked how tidy it all is with a place to loop and wind up each part and keep it ready to use. It all feels pretty solid considering it seems aimed more at light use. Hozelock have done a great with this hose.

3.0 out of 5 stars Scent was too strong for sensitive noses., 25 Mar 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
My wife usually likes this brand however didn't totally click with this product. She has a very sensitive nose and found the scent a bit much. In addition the moisturising bar strips didn't seem nearly as helpful as she thought they were going to be as she felt it left an uneven finish in some places. All that said, of they were a bit cheaper, she would give them another try now she knows what to expect of the scent and bars.

5.0 out of 5 stars Magical Mattress!, 25 Mar 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This mattress was a great choice. We couldn't believe how much cheaper than our original choice. It fits our two uear olds cot/bed perfectly. The quality appears identical to his previous pricier mattress too. So far he has been perfectly happy using it and his usual sleep routine (such ss it is) has been unchanged. It's easy to keep it clean too. We are pretty pleased with this.

4.0 out of 5 stars Tasty treat chocolate cereal., 20 Feb 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I love this chocolate cereal. It is is the only one I have found that isn't over whelmingly chocolaty. It does change the milk but not loads like Cocoa Pops does. The hoops are a pleasant texture and don't dissolve to gross mush too quickly. Whenever I dare try other chocolate flavour cereals I always end up regreting it and coming back to these. Not the healthiest (what chocolate cereal ever is) or grown up but they are tasty and comforting too. These are quite nice with the novelty value of the different shapes as well as the usual hoop shapes (not that this alters the taste or texture in any way at all though).

3.0 out of 5 stars Fun enough but very annoying american voice acting., 1 Feb 2014

This is quite nice in itself. Little ones can choose one of three building vehicles and either travel along the route at their own pace digging as they please or choose a more educational version where specific targets (dig/dump shapes or numbers) need to be aimed for. The lady that does the voice bits though has a really grating voice though thus a star is lost.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant bicycle book., 23 Jan 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This is a brilliant book with a lovely message. We really liked the idea of all the different used items still having a way of being reused and recycled for his bicycle. We especially enjoyed the fantastic illustrations with all their background detail and added little labels to look for. This could also be great for inspiring little ones to draw their own bikes designs a little like in Quentin Blakes's Mrs Armitage book.Mrs Armitage on Wheels

4.0 out of 5 stars Quick, simple and tasty., 4 Jan 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I have tried other more "grown-up" porridges and sweetened or fruity variations but always come back to this. Ready Brek is so easy to throw in the microwave and get the consistency that you like. It's already a pleasant sweet flavour but adding sugar or fruit is always an option. Now our two year old is enjoying it too so it can often work out quite well if he's eating the same as us he sometimes copies eating behaviours which is a bonus. Great porridge, enjoyable taste, easy to make, quickm to make and suits adults and children. I am sure there are healthier porridge options but Ready Brek will always be our preference.

Ghostbusters Volume 6 (Ghostbusters Graphic Novels)

3.0 out of 5 stars Still fun but not enough Dan Schoening artwork., 29 Dec 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
As a huge Ghostbusters fan I have loved the previous five volumes of this continuation of the Ghostbusters franchise. This volume disappointed me a little though based on one key factor: only half the artwork is by Dan Schoening this time. The previous volumes were great because of how strong the team of Burnham, Schoening and Delgado is. The combination of their writing, art and colour was exactly what made this all work so well. This volume has half the art by Dan Schoening and half by Doc Shaner (See the brief taste of his work on the 'art gallery' amazon view inside page above). Shaner's art is very good and faithful to the film franchise/canon connections the series has built up, he does a decent job of throwing in a few background references to the cartoons amd other 80's franchises like Dan Schoening often did in volumes one to five. However it was Schoening's work that caught the eye and hooked me in to the idea of an ongoing series after IDW's previous efforts with the franchise spent too long playing about with different, sometimes a bit hit and miss art styles and tones. The overall writing and characters are still strong and follow on from the previous volumes so you need to have read them all really (as well as having watched the film and played the PS3/Wii game). There's still the mini gallery, a few of the development sketches and a handful of bonus mini stories included at the back. I really hope they return to the perfect Burnham, Schoening and Delgado team for volume seven though and save other interpretations for the bonus stuff after the main chapters.
