Very practical, 20 Nov. 2013
This book is great if you want to learn some very practical, down to earth techniques to help deal with stress. A lot of "self help" books can be a bit boring and jargony but this one is definitely up to snuff. It's modern, edgy and actually really interesting. As a psychologist I have recommended it to many clients I work with and I have also used it myself. I would definitely give it a chance if you're looking for something that super-useful and applicable to your daily life with all of its stress and strain.
