4.0 out of 5 stars A very Clear and Concise Rebuttal, 16 Feb. 2009
Say what you like about what McGrath says in his book, his writing style is undeniably lucid and his points made very well.

No doubt, hardened atheists will not warm to the idea that the rhetoric of their ideological hero is so fatally flawed. On that basis alone, many will not be convinced by the hard logic so plainly set out in this, very brief, volume.

That said, orthodox theists will not be totally impressed by the work either; myself included. McGrath falls into the same mistakes that he so eruditly identifies in Dawkins work; clumsily rejecting orthodox christian theology of origins in series of uncompelling and empty insults.

A good rebuttal but there are better.

The main problem with this player is its software. This is extremely difficult to use and when I tried to use all of the features, some of them simply did not work. The software for the PC is equally difficult to use and I found the manual to be no help at all. That coupled with the fact that the buttons do not feel particularly 'solid' (it may look as though it uses a similar control system to an ipod but there are just 4 buttons under the circular bit) made me return it. Just a word of warning about that too - when I returned the player in the post, the seller contacted me saying that they had failed to receive it and would not give me a refund.
