4.0 out of 5 stars not my favourite film of all time but very good nonetheless, 13 Oct. 2001
this film is excellent for many different reasons . It's clever without being prententious , artistic without being boring , camp withour being embarrassing , but most of all its a bloody good laugh . It manages to portray homosexuality without worrying about being politically correct . The stereotyped characters could never be veiwed as poking fun at homosexuality because what the film shows is the ridiculous attitudes people have towards sexuality . Both the acting and film making are superb , this definatley ought to become a cult classic .

3.0 out of 5 stars ok not great commentry on a band, 14 Sept. 2001
fa fa fa is the story of the talking heads - a deserving subject for a biography ? perhaps perhaps not . The comments in this book are all fair and the author explores many avenues of the bands career which are all perfectly valid . But this book is nothing exceptional and is most definatley lacking in soul and emotion . THis makes for very average reading - its only for die hard fans .
