3.0 out of 5 stars Pricey, 17 Mar. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This expansion set was exactly what I was looking for. However it was a lot pricier than I wanted, having bought some before. This was further compounded by the fact I bought what I thought was a different set of tracks, (misleading photo) for about £5 less, and it turned out to be exactly the same set as this one. 3 stars because it's what I wanted, but at a hefty price. I can understand Debenhams in store prices to be higher than elsewhere, but not when online shoppping

1.0 out of 5 stars Misleading Photo, 17 Mar. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I bought this, as well as another "straight and curved track pack" because I thought,. from the photograph, that it would be including this "S" curve and the red barriers / signals. I was wrong. I also bought at the same time, a track pack from Debenhams at Amazon, which was considerably more expensive, and turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. End effect; I wound up having TWO packs of the same tracks when I wanted 2 different ones. Not happy.

1.0 out of 5 stars What I ordered, but not as described and not fit for purpose., 25 Jan. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I wish I had read some reviesws before ordering this. When it arrived, it came in a plain white cardboard box inside a small padded jiffy bag. There was no paperwork, no instructions. Just a torch, it shouldn't need any, I hear you say?? It came without battery / batteries and nowhere to be found, even on the product description was anything to tell me which batteries should be used. the US reviews pointed to CR123A types ( common in photographic kit / cameras) or 18650 type. So until I got power to it, I couldn't test to see if another Problem US users had found was also going to be my problem. I put in two CR123A types, and quickly found to my disappointment that YES, I had the same "problem" as some American customers. This is SUPPOSED to be an INFRA-RED torch, invisible to naked eyes, according to the description. It is NOT. It is in fact a very powerful VISIBLE RED Torch / Flashlight. NOW I guess I'm going to have to go thru the rigmarole of sending it back and waiting another 2 weeks for a replacement. BUYER BEWARE. If you are gonna order one of these, make sure you have either an 18650 or 2 CR123A batteries at hand so you dont have to hunt around to test it's the right item you wanted. .... and this review page is MAKING me add a star when I dont want to add any...lol

There are til now no reviews of this product in the UK Amazon page. There are a number in the US one. I wish I had read them before ordering this.
