Delicious, 22 Aug. 2005
It's good to see this book and Hopkinson getting the attention that is well deserved. The recipes are wonderful and a pure pleasure to consume. It is clasic French with an international flavor. The only other book I've found similar is Simple and Simply Delicious by Sylvie Rocher. Both books are special because of the breath of the recipes and the distinct flavors offered. For anyone that likes great food, these are the 2 books that I recommend most highly.
