This book could seriously alter what you eat, 3 July 2000
This book is very persuasive and if you want to move away from dairy food and meat you will find the reasons here. The recipes will introduce you to delicious new foods.The book is also aimed at parents trying to cook for children. The book is full of facinating information about nutrition.My only criticism is that the book encourages the use of "good" additives such as nutritional yeast flakes (very tasty). Whether this current view on what food is good for us is correct or not will only be revealed in time. I am cautious because I remember reading a book in a similar vein 24 years ago which recommended daily consumption of fried pigs liver for breakfast!
