Is It Just Me? Free First Chapter
Is It Just Me? Free First Chapter

5.0 out of 5 stars Hilarious, 8 April 2013

Hilarious, well written, engaging. This is a guide to life, more or less, from Miranda Hart's point of view and if you've seen her on Tv then it's filled with the same awkward situations. Really funny- a must read.

I've only read up to chapter 11 but so far this is an amazing vampire book, so far from the cliche of high school. This is a battle between life and death, literally. "Sometimes the bad people win, and the good people have to do whatever is necessary to stay alive" Truly thought provoking.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice storyline, 3 April 2013
I like the whole plot and drama and the character's personality but I hate how all the character's speech sounds so wooden. For example, generally people speak with contractions such as Let's or I'm but these characters don't which gets a bit annoying. I doubt any teenagers speak like that. The lack of commas is annoying too! But aside from my rant it's a good read.

Wow. It's so sweet and believable. It's well written as well. My heart aches for all the characters, especially Danny.

You can't compare this game to temple run, it's similar but different. For instance, running fred is more 3d and has a different story line with more obstacles. Running Fred is more about precision, where one mistake can cost you dearly. There's lots of blood and gore which is entertaining as its suited to the action such as if you hut your head on a spike blood comes out of your neck. There's not too much, and you can turn it off in the menu. It's easy to play, you can do levels or free run. It's challenging with different modes such as nightmare and its hard to unlock levels but it's not impossible.

The storyline is okay, new. But I really dislike the way the character's speech doesn't flow and how the character always knows something the audience doesn't. For example when ! ha says "I already guessed he was fae" it's like where did that come from? And how can she not know what Twitter is? I get that she only has one friend, but the main character is still a teen. What teen watches cartoons really early in the morning? No one- we sleep!

4.0 out of 5 stars Couldn't stop reading, 30 Mar. 2013
It made me laugh and smile in all the right places, I genuinely felt sad and happy for the loveable characters. The twist at the end was expected but not too cliche, it made you happy that it happened. I disliked how it seemed too forward, maybe it would fare better directed to teenagers- as that's what the writing style was like. The ending left me in a suspense where I felt satisfied but needed to know what was in the envelope. Overall a light and easy read.

It's ridiculously easy to use. You can use it in seconds. Maybe an improvement could be to let you instantly buy the books instead of loading the Amazon page on the web browser but it's easy to go back in a few seconds. Using on Kindle Fire HD.

DON'T BUY THIS APP. This app will leave you sitting there for hours on end uncontrollably laughing. It will make you want to stay at home all day and become socially awkward. It will make you not want to study or do anything apart from use this app. Don't buy.

This "free app" is basically a link to take you to another version of this app (that you have to pay for) which isn't even available for use in the UK. Wow, what geniuses...
