4.0 out of 5 stars Good spicy stuff, 23 Mar 2014
A nice alternative to Tobasco, with a decent simple flavour, but is far from the hottest -in fact it's a little weak. Good for those with a low tolerance to heat.

1.0 out of 5 stars Maybe the worst sauce out there, 23 Mar 2014
Regular "Red hot" sauce from this make is the one to go for, as this is pretty vile. The horrid salty butter element just doesn't work well with any of the other flavours as the after taste is rotten, and I'm amazed this ever made it to production. I'd go for almost any other type/make of sauce over this.

3.0 out of 5 stars Worth trying once, 2 Dec 2013
This review is from: Tootsie Roll 63.8g (Misc.)
A slab of half decent, but not great, chewy toffee that's probably not worth the damage to your teeth or the quite high price.

3.0 out of 5 stars Unique but too sweet, 2 Dec 2013
This review is from: Butterfinger Bar 59.5g (Grocery)
I'm pretty sure there is nothing quite like this in the UK, the closest thing is a Cadbury Crunchie, only more peanuty in flavour. They are not bad tasting, but I found them a little too sickly sweet, maybe worth a buy if you can get one at a decent price.

2.0 out of 5 stars Love hearts American cousin., 12 Jan 2012
These are are mildly ok taste-wise, but for value? Don't bother. They are small love heart type compressed sherbet sweets only with different flavours. Love hearts cost about 20p a pack, these cost much, much more, and are inferior in every way so I cannot recommend them at all.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not bad, just nothing great., 12 Jan 2012
This review is from: Milk Duds 141g (Misc.)
These are quite nice really. They are chocolate coverd pices of caramel. The chocolate itself is not great, but the caramel inside is ok. As with most American sweets they do come in large portions, 141g is quite a lot for one person, but then again they aren't cheap. Worth a try if you can get some near where you live as from amazon with the added P and P they are simply not worth it. I bought mine at a local department store for about half the price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Seems to have done the job., 22 Nov 2011
I bought this stuff after finding a few worm holes in the back of a cabinet. I gave the said furniture a good dousing and it looks to have killed them off. So I would recommend this product as it is an inexpensive way to treat damage creating woodworm. Perfect for treating a few suspect items of furniture that you think may be affected or even just one, as you aren't lumbered with gallons of the stuff that you probably won't use. Highly recommended, as I bought mine at a very reasonable price too.

2.0 out of 5 stars So-so second sequel., 28 Jan 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The final Maniac cop film in the series sees the killer cop once again reborn only this time to seek revenge for a fellow cop that gets stung in a set up. All very well and good so far but the film is so slow from the outset and never really finds any real momentum until the final part scenes towards the end. The original Maniac cop and Maniac cop 2 had their slow yet enjoyable parts, but this outing feels like it can't be bothered and instead shows loads of pre used footage from the previous films. Also when you consider that maniac cop 2 had flash-backs from the first film, so why do we need to watch the same exact flash-backs yet again in the third instalment? It really doesn't make you feel you're watching a particularly well thought out film. Also at 85 minutes it is short-lived, but it does feel a lot longer due to it's poor pacing. Now this film isn't awful. Davi returns and does a good job as the lead character and the car chase towards the end is very good, plus a couple of nice touches here and there (A fine cameo from Robert Forster for instance) but ultimately this film just doesn't have enough new and interesting ideas to make it a true hidden classic. A sequel too far and one for true Manic cop maniacs only.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rockstar's heavy-weight shines on ds, 21 April 2009
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
If you own a ds [and are over 18] buy this game. When I was told it's not selling very well I knew that I had to write a review so that hopefully more people would buy it. The best way of describing this game is by saying it's a combination of GTA2 and GTA4. Although it is more influenced by GTA4, and only really takes the birds-eye view camera angle from GTA2. If you have played GTA4 you will no doubt notice that China-town wars shares many similarities in terms of map layout and design. How they have managed to fit it all in is really impressive, besides the fact it's scaled down a bit. This game really is huge, both in terms of scale and depth. You could play for hours without even attempting the main missions, as there are street races, police, taxi, ambulance, fire rescue missions, plus rampage missions make a return to the series. There is also new exclusive features such as high-jacking rival gangs vans and raiding their warehouses, and most interestingly your characters drug dealing side job. You basically buy drugs from dealers in side streets for as little as possible and try to sell for as high as possible, the most successful way of doing this is you get a message from time to time from a dealer that is either selling a particular drug at a low price or is offering to buy at a high price. The main missions are another example of the games overall strength. They work in a similar context to other GTA games but contain mini-game style elements to them, in all this works very well and makes the game more fun and involving. I've missed out some other things that this great game has, but I don't want to ruin it. So you will have to buy it to find out, you will not be disappointed as this game has some of the best graphics, best game play and best sound on the ds. The controls are also superb, just buy it.
