As an ex Regional Sales Manager myself, I was somewhat sceptical about this book! How wrong I was! Graham Watkins generously gives of his expert knowledge of sales and marketing skills in an enjoyable,human and honest manner. You will learn far more about the world of sales,how to overcome objections and how to close a sale, from this book, than from many expensive and labourious so called "Sales Training Courses".
The techniques and tips in this book are proven, and although the world Graham describes has now largely disappeared, the skills given in this book are timeless. It is also an extremely enjoyable biography and a cracking good read!
I look forward to the next installment!
