Basically it is a vitamin suppliment! Could get the same effect by buying b12 vitamins from asda for £1 , anyone who says that they are benefiting from this product are probably having a placebo effect!

I would advice people not to buy this product! It is very cheaply made and is totally see through! Doesnt really screen anything!
Also snaps in half when it gets wet! could possibly be used as some kind of decorative thing for the garden! apart from that its useless!

well worth buying! Good graphics and gameplay! probably one of the best games i have found on ps2, however could be longer!

Probable the best forageing book that i have found! and cheap and easily carried as well! Buy it! Pictures are excellent and so are the descriptions! Cant fault it and have used it quite often

This is a very cheap product and this is reflected in the guality! The wood is like balsa wood and some of the holes are in the wrong place? It is also pretty small! but u pay for what you get! for £15 its ok! but dont expect miracles! It may last a couple of years if you give it a coat of preservative! and dont forget to tie it down or it will blow away!

probably the worst tent i have ever purchased! Made the big mistake of taking it to the island of iona and mull with out testing it out! it was so small i actualy had problems getting into it, but the midges managed to get in just fine! couldnt fit any of my gear in and if you are bigger than four foot your feet squash against the end! in the morning i was soaked in condensation which drips on your head during the night. If you want to buy something a lot cheaper and a lot more comfortable buy a bin bag!

wasnt really impressed withe content of this book as most of it seems to have been done in the authors back garden, and didnt really have any usefull information! if you want to become an american indian in your back garden its fine!

not bad for the price and very warm, dont know if they are waterproof as i i havent put them to the test. dont buy them if you have high arches as they r a little tight! apart from that they are fine!

I would advise people to avoid this product! I have tried to use nearly all the tools and nearly all of them have either broken or worn out almost instantly! The thred securing the cutting disc went within five minutes! and one of the brass brushing heads spun off even before it managed to touch what i was trying to clean! The grinding wheels dont grind and the only thing any good in the entire pack only lasted for a day! Dont buy this product!!
Spend a little more and get something decent!
