4.0 out of 5 stars Most enjoyable kill fest., 15 Feb 2007
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
I have been a fan since the first Hitman which i bought on my then slow pc about five years ago, over the years the game has greatly improved but has always stayed true to its roots in gameplay.

The XBOX 360 is a graphic ladened beauty with some fantastic lighting effects throughout each mission and a whole arsenal of weapons to choose from with the opportunity to upgrade the weapons with money youve earned through your assassinations.

There are many ways to play each level and how you obtain the mission objectives is entirely up to you, be it going in all guns blazing or using stealth to terminate your victims.

The game is an 18 certificate which to me seems a bit over the top, in the pc versions of the games when you blasted your victims you got to see the bullet wounds in the victims and take great pleasure emptying rounds into the dead corpses adding to the gore, in the XBOX 360 there are absolutely no wounds on the victims whatsoever which for me is a bit disappointing because i always like to see where my bullets successfully hit, especially between the eyes shots.

Overall the game is true to the Hitman genre and certainly has plenty to keep the fans happy, though as always the game has a limited longetivity once you've exhausted all the killing methods available.

The game incidentally only takes 200k to save, some boxes were released indicated a whopping 200MB to save which was a printing error on the boxes.

2.0 out of 5 stars Don't expect to see the old versions of Superman Films, 6 Dec 2006
This film was not a smidgen on the previous versions of Superman featuring the legendary Christopher Reeve in the title role.

The slapstick humour that intertwined nicely with the storyline of previous films had gone, with the directors opting for a more darker in depth portrayal of Superman like you would see with the characters in any Batman or X-Men film.

The Superman action was very limited, though the action scenes featured were fantastic and what you'd expect with todays CGI, there wasn't enough of this action to make it a very memorable Superman film.

If your a fan of the old films i would think that you would find this a major disappointment, but if you are new to the Superman film you may find the in depth story and the dark storylines between Superman and Lois or Superman and Lex Luther interesting to watch.
