5.0 out of 5 stars Be a 'professional' amateur photographer, 21 Feb. 2011
This review is from: Photoshop Elements 6 (PC) (CD-ROM)
As everybody says, this is THE product for fiddling around with your digital photos and I can't argue with that. The way it enables you to organise, classify and keyword your photos in the first place is impressive - I have never failed to find a photo I was looking for. 'Where's that picture of a leopard we took in South Africa?' - easy.

And when it comes to editing photos the only limit is your own imagination. I must admit that there are so many features on this software that I have only scratched the surface of them and in some ways I am not sure that I am qualified yet to write this review. All I can say is if you are dabbling with the idea of making a purchase - go for it - you will not regret it. This will become your new hobby.

5.0 out of 5 stars Biking in Norway, 21 Feb. 2011
Motor biking that is. This map is an ideal scale for planning your motoring around Norway. Clear to read. No nasty surprises. Gives a good impression of the kind of scenery to be found. Far better than an all Norway on one map version.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hand Wizzer, 21 Feb. 2011
Hand wizzer is what we call it. It is one of those products that does what it says on the tin. Its performance is excellent - plenty of power easy to clean - nice choice of mixing heads. No shortcomings.

4.0 out of 5 stars Birding in NZ, 21 Feb. 2011
For a first visit to NZ this book was excellent. I am quite a keen birder and member of RSPB so I wanted a competent book. This book is a bit pricey but it certainly does the job. The colour pictures are exactly what you need for accurate identification and the text actually contains far more information than I have seen in other books about habitat, feeding, geographic distribution etc.

3.0 out of 5 stars Map for campervanning in New Zealand, 21 Feb. 2011
My first visit to New Zealand was to be campervanning for 3 weeks on North and South Island. This map was good for the overall planning of the trip - deciding which parts of NZ to visit and which to leave out. But the scale was too small for actual navigation on the road. It didn't matter because the campervan company supplied a road atlas. Overall satisfied with the purchase because it did its job.

5.0 out of 5 stars THE bird book to take to South Africa, 23 Jan. 2010
I am a keen UK bird watcher but this was my first visit to South Africa. I wanted to bird watch as I travelled about. This book has excellent colour illustrations which are ideal to identify what you have seen. From the moment you get off the plane every bird you see is a new one. In the Kruger park the guide had the same book. No better recommendation.
