Sony Xperia E Sim Free Smartphone - Black (discontinued by manufacturer)
Offered by In2digital
Price: £89.99

1.0 out of 5 stars Do yourself a favour and avoid., 4 Sep 2014
Being pretty cheap i obviously didnt expect this to be an all singing, all dancing smartphone but this thing doesnt seem to work at either being smart or a phone!!

For a start (and most infuriating) when I get a call often it is vibrating/ringing and yet doesnt give me the option to answer the phone!! The screen comes on with the passcode screen then it notifies me of a missed call once its rung off. How very flippin helpful!

Then when being "smart" (using the internet) its just slow. No other word for it.
The 'keys' are too small on the keyboard to type comfortably in portrait mode
The screen is not bright enough to use outside most of the time even when in shade
There is not enough internal memory for unmoveable apps

I could go on.

Seriously, just spend a bit extra and get something you can actually use - use a search engine for "Best Budget Smartphone"

No wonder its discontinued!!

3.0 out of 5 stars Burgundy? Are you sure?!, 14 Aug 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I class burgundy as a rich dark red (just like the wine!). This burgundy, however, must be watered down because this is a pinky purple colour that isnt at all what i was expecting. Strangely it actually doesnt look too bad when applied but i can almost hear the questions now - "why do you have a pink racquet handle?!"

In short - give this colour a miss (unless you want a pinky purpley colour). I think it may grow on me - either that or ill rip it off and get a new one!

Colour aside, it did attach easily to my Prince racquet handle and is super grippy.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice looking bulb and good colour but not particularly bright, 11 Aug 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Bought to test as a replacement for 2 (far too bright / energy hungry / hot) 40w halogen bulbs in a couple of spot lights.

I thought these would be brilliant and indeed they look great with the defuser over the LED's and the colour emitted accurately replicates the colour of the halogens.

Just a little too dim for our use.

Moldex Comet Ear Plugs
Moldex Comet Ear Plugs

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic, 21 July 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Bought to use on my motorbike as the foam type ear plugs started to irritate my ears.

As others have said you do get a bit of suction when you try to pull them out but thats no bad thing as it stops them coming out easily! I cannot believe how easy the are to put in as well - with the foam ones i was always squashing them then pulling on my ear to get them in. These are just easily pushed straight in with the nice finger cup type thing on the end.

These dont completely block out noise - just block enough to stop further hearing damage! So perfect for anyone who wants to protect their ears whilst still being able to hear someone talking / traffic etc

Cheap too!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Bought this for my wife..., 2 April 2014

Turned up in good time and allows the wife to have room to carry my things as well as her's :-)
Seems to be well made and can hold a suprisingly large amount of 'things' that women like to keep with them.

3.0 out of 5 stars No battery supplied (!) but seems to work ok, 18 Jan 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Package received but no battery supplied! :-(

Once one was found it seems to work ok and gives a fair idea of the moisture content in a cold & damp room. Should allow us to track down the cause of the mould.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good fun but can get a little tedious, 31 Dec 2013
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
I enjoy playing this game and transporting as many loads as quickly as possible - resulting in some rather questionable overtaking manoeuvres. The one thing I would say you need to do immediately is disable the speed limiter (in the settings) as otherwise all trucks are limited to 55mph which can get a bit boring when you're travelling hundreds of miles (fortuntately time is heavily compressed). Just be careful of the speed cameras & corners/motorway junctions!

The AI drivers are as other people have said have some... vacant moments and can cause some pretty scary moments when you've got 24 tonnes behind you but you soon get used to predicting their stupidity.

The addition of the garage manager function is good allowing you to expand your haulage business as you earn more credits (or take out a big loan) to buy new trucks + hire drivers.

One area this game is slightly lacking is the weather / grip. It does rain randomly (requiring wipers) but as far as I can tell this doesn't affect the grip. It would be good if they could add varying weather dependant on location so in cold countries there is a risk of ice/snow and the lack of grip this causes.

Overall though I do enjoy playing this game but it can feel quite repetitive as most cities look similar and there isn't enough variation in the load types available (I would like to see wide loads -caravans perhaps and maybe even military transport loads). Perhaps there's more to come once my truck is upgraded further.

Oxford Heavy Duty Chain and Padlock 1m

4.0 out of 5 stars Fairly good, 24 Dec 2013
Firstly you need to consider whether 1m is enough. It does seem rather short when you're trying to secure your (motor)bike to something. Personally i use it to lock the front brake disc to a ground anchor so at least a thief has to work a bit to steal my bike!

The chain is very good. The lock can be a little tricky sometimes but eventually works - i think the levers get a little out of alignment occasionally meaning the key wont engage properly. It's not really a big issue or very frequent but can be infuriating when you're on your knees trying to get it to unlock.

Would be perfect for a bicycle but consider a longer one for a motorbike if you need more versatility and can put up with carrying the extra weight.

2.0 out of 5 stars Cheap but not so cheerful, 23 Dec 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I hate having to pay the extortionate price of the Oral B toothbrush heads but unfortunately these just don’t seem up to the job. The bristles are quite soft and the whole head seems to vibrate itself loose with use.

Sorry but I wouldn’t buy these again.
