Phil Vickery Gluten Free Baking, 2 Feb. 2011
I have Phil's previous edition but this one a Christmas gift to myself is fantastic as it states 'Seriously Good' & very easy to follow I love pictures on every page the individual flour mixes for the various recipes throughout Phil's book makes 'Gluten Free' baking so successfull ~ what a pleasure ~ at last my hubby & I can eat & enjoy real cakes, puddings & savouries we are both looking forward to your next edition ~ thank you Phil Vickery!!
PS. Have just purchase another book so that my big sister has her own to bake for me when I am to busy !!
