Easyjet Friendly, 5 July 2011
Brilliant bag with loads of space.
I travelled early July '11 to Malaga with Easyjet, the bag takes the maximum dimensions allowed to the limit (it bulged a bit) yet still slipped into the cage with ease. It feels of a good quality with decent stitching and chunky zips. The front panel was very handy to store my liqiuids in their obligatory clear bag and allowed access to them quickly (although I did have to slacken off the straps first). The front pocket is perfect for passport and boarding pass.
As there is so much space compared to the wheeled cases you can make this bag very heavy by using all the space available. This is ok if you are strong but don't forget most airports now make you walk a long, long way so be prepared to carry it and watch with envy as people wheel along without a care in the world. The boot is on the other foot however when friends/family find out just how much you were able to carry on!
One big drawback though, don't forget the sun cream. I did and got burnt shoulders and back, this made it impossible to carry on my back so had to walk the massive distances now incountered around Malaga's airport only using the handle, that will teach me!
All in though an excellent product, saves you at least £50 on every short break you take!
(Tip) Combine it with the travel vacuum bags (towels, underware etc) and you could get a weeks clothing in (for a hot country).
