This worked for about a week and then suddenly stopped. Xbox support did not help, just informed me that the adapter is faulty and I need to buy a new one!

5.0 out of 5 stars excellent! brilliant! watch it!, 30 May 2003
I personally think this is one of the most under-rated movies ever! Set in coney island this film centres around four people and their delusions and addictions.

It stars: Ellen Burstyn, Jared Leto, Jennifer Connelly and Marlon Wayans. I had some trouble comprehending Wayans in a serious movie-but that was before I watched it and was very suprised. Jared Leto gives a great performance and Jennifer Connelly is her usual brilliant self, but the biggest star here is Ellen Burstyn. She was up for the best actress oscar (for her performance in this film) the same year as Julia Roberts won it for Erin Brockovich. If you watch this movie i'll think you'll agree-she was well and truly robbed! I also have to give Christopher Mc Donald a mention for his great turn as Tappy Tippons.

It is impossible to over-hype this movie, I've praised it constantly to a lot of my friends and they were far from disappointed upon watching it.

It has a great original score by Clint Mansell, some of which has been since sampled in other movies (the Two Towers trailer and One Hour Photo).

The DVD itself is excellent, with loads of extras which reveal a lot about the making of the movie and much more. This film is the reason I bought a DVD player-I didn't want to miss out on anything. I'm also not one for commentaries-but Darren Aronofsky give a brilliant insight on his, and never fails to be interesting.

After watching the movie I sat with my mouth open for about twenty minutes in a state of shock and awe, and if my flatmate hadn't come in and interrupted me, I would probably still be there.

This possibly one of the best movies ever made and so different from any other drug or addiction film I've ever seen, so stop reading this and go and buy it!
