Next best thing to eating there, 9 May 2012
I went to Dock Kitchen for dinner last summer and fell in love with the food. This book is a great reminder of the flavours and the great taste combinations. I have tried out the cauliflower pilaff, which although it didn't look as vibrant as its name suggests, worked really well as an accompaniment to lamb korma. Recipes are easy to follow and the dessert section (which I always turn to first as the mark of an original cookbook) will be tried out this weekend. Looks good on my coffee table too.
