I initially considered buying oxalic acid to remove black water marks on woodwork but was a bit hesitant with the procedures involved. The prepared Liberon product resolved this and it worked well

5.0 out of 5 stars An essential read for every one- not just children!, 18 Nov 2012

This review is from: The Happiness Box (Paperback)
At first glance this small book looks just like any other children's book. But it is not. Written in 1943 at Changi on Singapore by an Australian soldier then held POW by the Japanese, it was intended as a Christmas present for the many children who had been interned along with their mothers in the notorious Changi Gaol and is a heartwarming and uplifting tale relevant to the present day

This is a detailed and well researched story of the Gordon Highlanders as POWs in the Far East. Mr Mitchell has been able to draw on a wealth of material held at the Gordon Highlanders Museum and the book's authenticity and feel for the sacrifice made by the men is very evident. Not a pleasant read but an essential one
