1.0 out of 5 stars Atrocious Customer Service From Amazon, 13 Nov. 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
bought the new kindle and the lighted cover as a Christmas present several weeks ago - now it seems the cover will not be available until January!!!
why will Amazon not give any official update? why keep selling them when it seems none will be available for 2 months? have they ever been "in stock" on Amazon UK?
1000's of people will be disappointed at Christmas -
pitiful PR from Amazon

have now recieved an update e-mail from Amazon stating an estimated arrival date of 22 - 28th December!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks Amazon that's my son's Christmas present ruined

1.0 out of 5 stars Kindle Price a Rip Off, 9 Nov. 2011
paperback price through Amazon is £3.86 yet the Kindle ebook is £4.99 - go figure?
Profiteering by Amazon?
Absolutely no reason why this should be the case.
