This Triathlon book is clearly written and has more info in one book than other books put together
It has all the latest training techniques to avoid wasting time and plans for all abilities and distances from sprint Olympic 70.3 and ironman.
Every aspiring triathlete no whatever their fitness level and experience will benefit from reading this book
An A-Z of Triathlon and a useful Life Style Training Points system helps me now work out what I can do without over training
It really is "The Complete Book of Triathlon Training"
