A new song from one of the best voices that I've ever heard is always a joy. And as a fan of the 80's extended mixes of great songs by Chic, this is faultless.

5.0 out of 5 stars She could be this year's Sam Smith..., 2 Jan. 2015

I have little doubt that 2015 is going to be the year when Harriet really breaks through. There are too many 5 star reviews and other people who have been knocked out on first hearing her sing for this not to happen.
So get all three of these now. She could be this year's Sam Smith.... by which I mean that this time next year she could have sold a million albums here and in the US.

... and that's a compliment btw.
Heard this one Saturday morning in early December and I was sold by the second line. The thing is, dear reader, should you just download the first song or should you take a gamble and pay the extra for all four? Well I think you'll thank me if you dig deep and pay just that little extra for the other songs that aren't that well known. I have a Disney Daughter who loves the song from Cinderella and might now sing this at her Christmas concert this week. I have wife who gets a bit agitated when someone takes on a George Michael song - but not this time. Go on - treat yourself to some aural gold.

I bought this as a present for someone, having been blown away by the CD when I first heard and bought it. Have just seen them perform this live as well - astonishing

5.0 out of 5 stars Gifted songwriter - lovely voice, 9 Aug. 2013

Tiki is a gifted new songwriter with a beautiful voice. The arrangements are sparse and allow the songs to breath. Looking forward to seeing how she develops from here.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Prog album of 2012 so far...., 22 April 2012
This review is from: Beyond Man & Time (Audio CD)
This does take a few listens to get into it, but if you like the later Pink Floyd sound of David Gilmour, then the combination of the guitarist and Yodi Lang's voice is just great. The Fisherman is the standout, but it's a complete work.

Never really rated It Bites back in the 80's, so I'd admit to not being precious about the Francis Dunnery legacy. I've come to It Bites purely from an interest in anything that John Mitchell gets involved with (which is a huge amount) and this is a worthy addition to anyone's collection. It's full of hooky tunes!

5.0 out of 5 stars Sharp and to the Point, 6 Mar. 2010
Having failed to get through Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich", it was great to find the key thoughts from this and the three other books in an easy to read and up to date format. Each idea is given just 2 pages over which it is explained and expanded, so it's a great intro.

Boosting Sales: Increasing Profits...without Breaking the Bank (Business on a Shoestring)
by Bob Gorton
Edition: Paperback

5.0 out of 5 stars A common sense guide to business, 11 July 2007
This book is a must for small business owners. If you're struggling, you can probably get close to the reasons by going through this. I've been reading business books for many years and this is the first one I've found that talks about a company's "self-financing growth rate" - the calculations will have you tied up in knots, but it's worth the effort.
