The more you listen the better it gets., 29 Aug 2000
After the massive success of the first two albums, this album will sell massively just on reputation alone. Whether or not it will maintain its sales is another matter. The album has a variation of songs from upbeat sing-alongs like Rock DJ to slow meandering ones such as If it's hurting you. The album lacks the thump which the other albums provided with the cheeky lyrics and rockier tunes. It does however sound more mature and "Forever Texas" and "Better Man" are both very good tracks. His first two were better and it may not impress on you when you first hear it but after a few plays it will up there with your other favourite albums.
