A great DVD, but can be bought new a for a lot cheaper, 12 Nov. 2008
This DVD is well worth buying for any cyclist wanting to improve strength and core stability. I was new to yoga, but found the two 28 minute sessions extremely beneficial and well explained. The DVD also goes into Pranayama (breathing). My wife has tried to get me into yoga for years and i've always resisted. All of a sudden i'm now a yoga junkie, all because of the tag for "cyclists". The poses are specifically targeted to build muscle groups specific to cycling.
One word of warning, this DVD can be bought for £10 or less. Do a search for cheaper versions
