If you would like to be slim, healthy, happy and free from annoying symptoms I would recommend this book. The information is easy to read, factual, backed up by science and makes so much sense. Even if you would just like to find out why you feel like you do I would recommend you read. But the changes Christy suggests are so easy to do I don't know why you wouldn't try them, all the foods she suggests are available in shops here in the uk, all recipes are simple and delicious. I've followed the plan for a month now and feel amazing. I have so much energy and feel so much happier. What have you got to lose... this isn't another gimmicky weight loss plan. .. it's a back to nature happiness plan!!
