Collectors only but what great out-takes. An absolute gem. If you're not interested in the ORIGINAL Fleetwood Mac forget it. If you love Then Play On you'll love hearing the development of that great album here. The dvd is patchy and available on Utube but really worth a look for some great live takes and cheesy mimed ones. The comedy is weird too but there is plenty of great music to compensate.

See my Fire & Water review. All comments apply here. My 2 favourite Free albums still sounding great. They were nearly finished with this album but you'd never know from the energy on this recording.

This is a truly great rock album. Free really hit their straps on this one and the balance between the beautiful ballads and the uptempo blows is great. The trio behind Rodgers excellent voice is just cooking. The remaster brings the songs into the 21st sonic world and I don't mind getting the many versions of the same songs, just adds to the entertainment.

3.0 out of 5 stars Find the vinyl!, 26 April 2014

This for collector mugs like me only! The banter is out of balance with the music and makes it hard to listen to (at least it's at the end of tracks so you can move it on). On the up side the remastering is superb and I loved hearing the music here. I found a copy of the original vinyl album at the same time and this makes for better listening. Read the other reviews because they give an accurate overview of this project. It is very weird to hear the macho banter in amongst the sensitive playing and singing.
