5.0 out of 5 stars Simply the best FPS, 17 Jan 2012
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
Battlefield 3 is quite simply the best FPS on the market if you're after a diverse realistic battlefield this is the game you want. it's a faster pace than the previous battlefield titles but it keeps the rawness they all had. The graphics are just stunning to I upgraded my PC just for this game and I don't regret it, every time I play I could just run around taking screenshots it's a beautiful game!

The game for me freezes and crashes a fair amount and still needs some balance tweaks but i still rate it easily 5stars because the game play is un-faulted.

The whole origin system isnt to annoying aswell there are mods and software packages to even get past this completely so i think its unfair to rate the game just on that package. If your use to steam its the same concept

4.0 out of 5 stars GREAT for the price, 16 Nov 2011
The product does exactly as I needed the range is good and quality is as expected the only really bad points are they chew through batteries and the sound quality can be a bit intermittent at the further edges of the range

But still a really great product a excellent buy

2.0 out of 5 stars Complete Flunk, 13 Nov 2010
= Fun:2.0 out of 5 stars
I was very apprehensive about buying black ops after the problems with MW2 and the connection issues mainly but after all the hype I gave in and forked out £40 for this BETA test....

The game has connection issues even on dedicated server's connections don't hold brilliantly and I can't even connect to a zombie online game whatsoever!
Countless PC gamers haven't even been able to play the game as it stutters due to poor conversion from a console version (a recent patch has made it playable for many but not 100%, with some people noticing no improvement)
The campaign is one of the shortest I've ever played and doesn't offer much variation from the run & gun like the previous titles did it seems to focus more on the cut scenes than interesting game play
Vehicles controls are clunky and by far not as good as they could be

In MW2 there were a couple of maps where snipers could be a viable class on pretty much all the BLOPS maps sniper is greatly UP and of no good unless you've got a hack (of which there are loads already)

Avoid this game until a massive overhaul has been done to iron out glitches and bugs.
The worst part I've not seen any real apology or word from Treyarch or Activison apart from moaning on their twitter about how people are angry it's disgraceful!

5.0 out of 5 stars Works Aswell as any new game..., 18 Mar 2010
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
the gameplay of BC2 is abolsutely immense ive never had so much fun on a first person shooter before and ive played nearly all COD's and previous BF titles

I have so far experienced no issues online apart from graphical issues like stats no showing properly or a friend not displaying... this is a new game ive never played a game that had no issues but i have had none in gameplay or finding a server

All in all a must buy for all FPS fans... Better then COD
