5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome shoes!!, 24 Feb. 2010
I've wanted these shoes for ages, and now that I've finally got them I love them. They look awesome with pretty much anything.

I tip to those about to buy (which others have said as well): go to a high-street shop and try on a pair there before you buy anything to get the right fit. I did this initially cos I was going buy them there but turns out its cheaper on amazon. Would have bought size 13s which would have been way too big.

Overall great shoes A+ love them!

4.0 out of 5 stars A decent textbook, 24 Feb. 2010
I got this book as my university recommened it for the course. So far its been pretty useful, and I'm pretty sure with it i won't even need to go the lectures, considering they pretty much teach out of the book. Its clear, concise and explains concepts pretty well. Quite colourful and has a lot of good examply case studies in it.

overall a useful texbook -> also came with a special code in the front which which gives you access to online materials, though i haven't used it yet.

4.0 out of 5 stars Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, 22 Dec. 2009
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This truly is an awesome game. It was everything I expected plus more. The storyline is done so well and carry's on from call of duty 4: modern warfare very cleverly. The singleplayer campaign is very gripping and is great fun.

There is a downside however, which is probably felt by a large majority of people. This is the multiplayer system run by steam. It's annoying that you are simply shoved into the nearest game to you and that you cant find a particular server which is right for you which you could do with dedicated servers. As a result there tends to be a lot of imbalance in terms of players abilites. There is no kick system during play and there does tend to be occasionally tend to be cheaters but more often than not its fine. There is also the problem that you can lose connection to the steam servers or there are problems with syncronisation to steam cloud (it remembers yours stats online). As a result you lose some of the prgress you have just done. Sometimes if there is a bad connection to a host, the server will try and migrate it to another person. When this isn't possible, it simply closes the server and returns you to the menu. This is extremely frustrating in the middle of a game especially when your really getting into it.

In terms of actual gameplay, the multiplayer is epic. It's fast, fun, and exilerating. There have been many improvements to the last game, including loads of new weapons with dual wield and customizable killstreaks (including a nuke which essentially wins you the game).

Overall I found this game great. The singleplayer is fanatastic, but the multiplayer system was a pretty big disapointment, although the gameplay itself is actually very good.
