4.0 out of 5 stars Oww!, 13 Sept. 2007
Ever wondered why there were two Darrin's in Bewitched? Because of this movie! Dick York left the series after the fifth one because of a crippling back problem he suffered from which was caused by acting in a scene from this film nearly ten years previously. A scene where most of the male cast members have to lift a large log resulted in poor Mr. York letting his load down a split second after the other boys and unfortunately he was never the same again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tregwednack is the best character name ever, 18 May 2006
For those of us who loved this show and bought the original series on its own, here's hoping the second series is released that way too so we don't have to buy the first one a second time!

4.0 out of 5 stars "Here come the lizards, here come the lizards!", 18 Jan. 2006
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This equally hilarious follow-up to Series One is a must have for any fan of the great Alexei and anyone who bought the first one. Particular highlight that will appear on this edition is his musical number set in a pub, 'I'm pissed'. You've gotta love this fella.

4.0 out of 5 stars CAT POOOOOO!, 12 Jan. 2006
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: The Car [DVD] (DVD)
This one's a very cheesy but extremely entertaining horror which inadvertently becomes more of a black comedy. VERY much in the same vein as Spielberg's first feature 'Duel' except it's a car terrorising a small town rather than a truck hassling one man.
There's a scene where The Car terrorises mourners at a funeral in which an outraged old woman shouts at it, "Cat Pooooo!". Hilarious!

5.0 out of 5 stars Bowie at his underrated best, 20 Mar. 2004
This review is from: Tin Machine II (Audio CD)
This album is not one that has been applauded by critics or Bowie fans but is well worth owning if you're an appreciator of Bowie's incredible work. The idea of David having formed a band in the late 80's/early 90's was dubious to most and laughable to others.
However there's more than a few highly engaging and very listenable tracks on this album and the man himself is right to defend this period of his career from criticism when the result is an enjoyable hour of music such as this.
This is the second and final album released by the 'Tin Machine Project' and is widely opined by those who've been willing to give these works a chance to be better than the first. Surprisingly hard to get hold of, don't miss your chance to hear a Bowie curiosity piece and a great album.
