A great little word game that is challenging but not so difficult that you lose interest. Novel idea and well thought out. I shall be coming back to this app again and again. Definitely a just another go game.

Artifex Mundi delivers the goods again. Fun puzzles and a well thought out story keep you coming back for more. The time travel theme works well and if you get stuck there's plenty of help available. Worth the money as it will take a good few hours to complete.

Really like this game. Quite a bit easier than candy crush but no less fun. It's very addictive with some cool touches. You'll find yourself wanting to play just one more level before you put your kindle away!

1.0 out of 5 stars Seriously Underwhelmed, 30 Jun. 2011
I'm a big fan of historical fiction so I was expecting great things from this series having read the reviews. However, it went on to have the honour of being one of only two books I've ever given up on. To say it is slow is an understatement, I'd read forty percent of the book and felt like I was reading the same chapter over and over again. My advice: Avoid and try a Susanna Gregory book instead!

4.0 out of 5 stars Films you can enjoy again and again, 4 Jun. 2009

Walk down some dark alleyways, tussle with some tough guys and get tangled up with a double crossing dame! This is a good introduction to the film noir genre, full of classic pairings and razor sharp dialogue. There are some true classics here from the RKO back catalogue and if you only get one film noir collection it should be this bargain boxset. If you like these films I would also recommend one of the Humphrey Bogart boxsets. He starred in many of the film noir classics which like these seem to get better each time you watch them.

5.0 out of 5 stars UK Hip Hop At Its Best, 19 Jan. 2009
This review is from: The Horns of Jericho (Audio CD)
I was lucky enough to get a copy of this CD from Amazon last year and just wanted to say what a classic it is. Obviously in today's post 911 world it would be impossible to market an album containing tracks like 'Hijack The Terrorist Group' but back in 1991 this rap album was released to high acclaim. In fact it easily passes the test of time and still sounds fresh today. With great breaks and beats and lyrics delivered with a style that was all their own, there certainly hasn't been anything like them before or since. Well worth checking out if you can find a copy.

3.0 out of 5 stars A little disappointing, 19 Jan. 2009
This review is from: Heroes: Saving Charlie (Paperback)
This book starts off really good but the story just falls away in the second half of the book and you feel short changed by the end of it. I may be doing the author an injustice here but in my opinion it seems to have been hastily written. I suspect the reason for this, as is the case with most TV tie ins, is that the book was rushed out to cash in on the shows popularity when a better story could have been produced if the author was given longer to write it. Still, I think fans may want to read this one as it does have some good moments and compliments the show quite well.
