4.0 out of 5 stars Hard to beat, 16 Nov 2008
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
We bought a pair of these cameras for our office to replace our previous site cameras which were getting broken and unreliable. As you can imagine, they have a fairly rough time of it, being used by different staff, on building sites, in all weather, five days a week. We've had them for several months and the only thing that has happened is some slight scratching of the front panel. Picture quality is very good and the menus are easy to use. You don't get a memory card included, but it is probably better to buy your own decent sized one than have a free-but-useless one thrown in which pushes up the price.

Recommended.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not brilliant, 18 Sep 2008
This review is from: Three Men In A Boat (Audio CD)
Three Men In a Boat is an amusing collection of anecdotes cleverly stitched together in the form of a travelogue.

Hugh Laurie is a great narrator, however what CSA have done is to reduce the running time to two hours by editing out almost all the amusing anecdotes, leaving the story rather threadbare.

I would recommend Martin Jarvis' unabridged version instead, which is also available from Amazon (and elsewhere): Three Men in a Boat (Classic Fiction)

5.0 out of 5 stars Quality contemporary pepper-mill, 4 Feb 2007

Looks really stylish, easy to use (but maybe not so suitable for very large hands) and well made. For some reason (probably the grinding mechanism) the matching '0287' salt-mill is cheaper and you don't save anything by buying them together but they do look beautiful!
