5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding, 18 Mar. 2007
This review is from: Make Another World (Audio CD)
I heard bad reviews of this album before it was released but all I can say is they were clearly wrong! This is album is up there with "Remote Part" and is short and snappy.

There are some excellent numbers on here like "Ghost In The Arcade" and "No Emotion". The more you listen to this album the more it grows on you.

Having seen Idlewild live in Oxford last night I can also report the album is excellent "live" too!

Just a shame Idlewild have not had a lucky break and got Radio air time as this album clearly has the quality to make the breakthrough.

Idlewild fans will not be disappointed, go buy it!

Edward.

4.0 out of 5 stars A must purchase for programmers keen to learn XML., 30 May 2001
As a student at university undergoing my final year i found this book invaluable as a reference book for my project. The book contains clear explainations covering many topics and is a must buy for programmers wishing to expand their knowledge regarding XML and e-commerce. No prior knowledge is required of XML but a good grounding in Core Java is preferable if you are to get the most out of this book. Some areas could be covered in more detail but on the whole the book covers the relevant topics in sufficient detail. For those with a keen ambition to learn and a firm grounding in Java this book is money well spent.
